The AAICJ is taking a leadership role in forming a new not-for- profit organization, in collaboration with five other esteemed organizations. Together we are dedicated to logging cases of attacks against legal professionals, to generate statistics necessary for more effective advocacy.
Our new entity will be finalized in the Fall 2023, at which point we will formally begin the expansion of our partnership network.
Both independently, and as a collective, we want to stop all attacks against lawyers and the legal profession. But we will not be able to reach that goal without gathering the data to better understand the global scale of the problem, and the issues that lead to its entrenchment and perpetuation.
