K. Mallory Brennan
Ms. Brennan is based in Houston, TX, and is a partner in the Litigation practice of Shearman & Sterling LLP. She focuses on representing global financial institutions and corporations in mergers and acquisitions litigation and transactional disputes, securities litigation, and other complex commercial disputes.

James Carter
Mr. Carter is a senior counsel in the New York office of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. Mr. Carter has extensive experience as arbitrator or counsel in more than 150 international cases. Mr. Carter currently serves as chair of the Board of Directors of the New York International Arbitration Center, and previously chaired the ABA’s International Law Section and served as the ABA’s UN Representative.

Mary McGowan Davis
Judge Davis is formerly an Acting Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. She has been involved in a variety of matters relating to transitional justice and human rights law since her retirement from the bench. Some of Judge Davis’ recent work includes chairing the UN Independent Commission of Inquiry for the 2014 Gaza Conflict, and judicial monitoring and training legal officials in DRC, Mongolia, Afghanistan, and Iraq in affiliation with various non-government organizations.

John Kenney
Mr. Kenney focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, government investigations, business crimes, corporate compliance and foreign litigation issues. Formerly an Executive Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, Mr. Kenney is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and the past president of the Federal Bar Council and the New York County Lawyers Association.

Clare O'Brien
Ms. O’Brien is a partner at Shearman and Sterling LLP, where she regularly advises major US and international clients on their public and private mergers and acquisition transactions, including public company restructurings, joint ventures, and large public transactions. Ms. O’Brien has been consistently acknowledged as a leading M&A lawyer. She is admitted to practice in NY and Ireland.

Stephen A. Oxman
Stephen Oxman is the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of Princeton University and currently a Senior Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Oxman previously served as Assistant U.S. Secretary of State for European and Canadian Affairs, as Executive Assistant to United States Deputy Secretary of State, Warren Christopher, and as a consultant to U.S. Secretary of State Cyrus Vance during the Iran hostage crisis.
